Originally from Mexico, Taco Bandida was forced to flee her native village when a criminal cartel took over her parent’s family restaurant. Before leaving, she managed to grab her grandmothers’ secret recipe book for spiced up dressings and sauces. And with her hand on the recipes, she swore to keep the cooking style of her «nana» alive. As with her food, she can be quite feisty. But she is always kind and warm to the ones who acknowledge her way of life. And she never ever accepts anything but true Tex-Mex cooking.
